What’s this, another one?
I’ve been dallying of late with the idea of setting up a more general-purpose blog for non-technical things, so as not to pollute my coding blog. So, uh, this is it.
I may or may not stick with the idea depending on whether I can be bothered to keep it up to date, but the idea is for this blog to have shorter, more frequent, and more diverse posts than on Basildon Coder. Plus, a lot of people who know me aren’t techies and glaze over when I talk about the intricacies of marshalling unmanaged memory, and more power to them for that.
If, however, this turns into a naval-gazing exercise in which I post hourly updates on how I’m feeling right now and which flavour bag of crisps I’m tucking in to, you have my permission to shoot me.
So, to celebrate giving myself an outlet for some non-technical content, how about them Champions League fixtures tonight? I reckon Chelsea and Barca will get through. Nothing like sticking my neck out early
